At Warehouse Supplies, we stand by the quality of our industrial equipment and offer a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. We aim to make the return process as efficient as possible so you can get back to business without delay.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your return via a trackable shipping carrier to our central distribution center; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value industrial machinery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
